April 2003 and the flats have been completed.

| July the 25th and things have moved on. The top right

There is an update on the boat yard. It is no more,
the footings for a block of flats are well on their way to being laid

The 'Boat House' is one of the newer businesses in Jaywick.
The building used to be an amusement arcade called the Tivoli, and
early in the 70's was often known for it's bingo that went on to
the wee small hours, even today holidaymakers fondly remember the
days when they played til 3am!
Today a successful boat and repair yard owned by Mr Taylor and his
sons, who also goes out with the jet skies.
